DSV Air & Sea  is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Sales Advisor, Pricing in New Zealand, preferably in Auckland. 

 

The role will be responsible in quoting House Accounts and Network Sales enquiries and must ensure that competitive quotes are provided to internal and external customers meeting KPI expectations and deadlines. The Sales Advisor, Pricing may also assist the implementation process where necessary and complete a variety of administrative functions in supporting the business.

 

Your typical day at DSV:

  • Supporting our branches in growing the business through the existing House Accounts and Network enquiries. 

  • Create and manage quotations, one-off quotes, and client rates in CargoWise.

  • Ensure all quotes are executed on time, meeting deadlines and KPIs.

  • Identify strategic opportunities aligned with product growth objectives.

  • Follow up on quotations to maximize success rates.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to improve pricing efficiency and turnaround times.

  • Provide accurate and competitive pricing while maintaining healthy profit margins.

  • Utilize DSV tools and resources effectively to enhance productivity.

  • Maintain compliance with DSV operational and commercial processes.

 

About you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in international freight forwarding with a strong understanding of logistics operations.

  • Experience in pricing, procurement, and quoting to support competitive and strategic decision-making.

  • Proficient in handling customer inquiries and navigating the DSV Network to meet client requirements.

  • Familiarity with CargoWise is preferred, ensuring efficiency in freight management and documentation.

  • Basic proficiency in Excel and Word with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
