Operations Manager

If you’re an experienced Operations Manager looking for an interesting and varied role, Orillion may be the place for you.

In this role, you will oversee all manufacturing and laboratory processes to ensure customer demand and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include people, project, and production management, as well as facilities oversight and health and safety compliance. Ideally, you have experience in food technology to support successful product formulation. With your expertise in manufacturing, you’ll bring leadership, energy, and a strong commitment to regulatory and legal compliance across all areas.

While you have the practical skills to excel in this role, leadership is where you truly stand out. You empower others, lead by example, and foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and employees. Your communication is clear and effective, and your interpersonal skills enable you to build rapport effortlessly. You bring the complete package of expertise, leadership, and influence. 

Our senior leadership team has strong expertise in chemical engineering, formulation, and practical applications. We’re particularly interested in candidates with a background in food or process engineering/production. If that’s you, we’d love to connect!

This role is based in Whanganui, full-time, 40 hours per week. Hours of work are 7.30am to 4pm.
