About the Role
As our People & Performance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our People team and contributing to our overall People Strategy. You’ll be involved in:
- Providing support and advice across a full range of HR functions
- Assisting with recruitment, health & safety, and general employee lifecycle processes
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Handling HR enquiries and supporting various People-related projects
- Collaborating with the team on initiatives that enhance our workplace culture and operations
About You
We’re after someone who’s:
- Detail-oriented - you have an eye for accuracy and thrive in an organised environment
- A team player - you’re approachable, proactive, and enjoy working collaboratively
- Knack for administration and thrive on variety
- You may be a recent HR graduate or have worked in a similar role, although this is not essential
- A great communicator - you can build strong relationships across teams
- Adaptable - you’re comfortable juggling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting
