To succeed in this Role, you will:
• Lead workshops and facilitate meetings to gather business requirements and define project scope
• Develop clear, detailed business requirements documents and user stories for technology teams
• Analyse current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements
• Effectively contribute to major project teams, including identifying risks, planning, and achieving targeted outcomes
• Share knowledge and mentor others to strengthen team capability
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across various stakeholders
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts who:
• Have proven experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and can adapt to dynamic, fast-paced settings
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and developing user stories
• Can translate complex business problems into clear, practical solutions and collaborate effectively with technology teams
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent systems
• Have strong communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, methodical approach

Salary range: $78,222.00 - $94,689.00
