About the Role
As our Associate Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the key liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams, managing project scope and contractual obligations while maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Manage all project phases, from requirements analysis to testing and deployment.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Co-ordinate stakeholder meetings and maintain key documentation.
- Support operational frameworks and contribute to business process improvements.
- Manage installation and field testing.
- Co-ordinate resources (customer, suppliers, partners) required for implementation
About You
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, for instance events management, provided you have a strong understanding of project management processes, with experience on the vendor side being an advantage. Excellent time management skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders are key in this role.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, remaining calm under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. As a strong communicator, you work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team while also demonstrating initiative and independence to drive projects forward.
Other key attributes include:
- A solid grasp of change management, problem-solving, and decision-making, you bring a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and delivering results.
- At least 3+ years of demonstrated experience successfully delivering projects.
- Intermediate to advanced experience within Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Prince2 Project Management certification highly regarded but not essential.
- Assertive, confident, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
