Do you want to work in a supportive, collaborative team on products that save babies' lives? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Infant Care Marketing Team!

 

The team is responsible for the product management and marketing of a F&P Infant Care product portfolio. This includes providing inputs to guide multiple product development teams, preparing product launches, providing support to our sales teams and customers around the world, and creating marketing messaging to connect our customers with our amazing products.

 

In this role, you will be leading and implementing product management and marketing activities during an exciting time for our Infant resuscitation product portfolio by:

  • Being the first port of call for our global marketing and sales teams to support products in the market.
  • Supporting our product development teams to maintain and improve market access for existing products.
  • Working collaboratively with the product development teams on future products in the Infant Resuscitation space, including:
    • Championing the needs of our customers to ensure relevant market inputs are captured.
    • Compiling and reporting product challenges and opportunities back to the team from feedback, complaints, competitor and other market activity.
    • Launching, supporting and training our sales teams on a new product going to market for the first time.
  • Crafting product and clinical messaging and sales tools for new and existing products alongside product marketers and clinical researchers.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A degree in health/biological sciences, engineering, marketing or business.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing or product management OR at least 5 years’ experience within a medical device product development environment with an interest in product management.
  • A pro-active, can-do attitude and a desire to take ownership of the projects that they are working on.
  • A champion of customer needs, where the customer may be an internal stakeholder, a clinician, our patients – or anyone in between!
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills, with the ability to understand and communicate clinical and technical concepts.
  • A passion for helping improve the outcomes of babies and children.
