We are looking for a full time Assistant Manager (40hrs a week) to join our Front Office reception team. 

The Role:

  • Work with the management team to develop, review and maintain Cordis service quality standards
  • Provide training to new Cordis colleagues
  • Encourage and motivate our Guest Service Agents to achieve KPIs by leading by example and taking initiative in creating moments of WOW for our guests
  • Be first point of contact for all situations that may arise and liaise with relevant departments, individuals and third parties
  • Promote revenue generating opportunities by enable a culture of showing the guest the best the hotel has to offer

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 3 year' experience in a similar position or a level 4 degree
  • We are looking for someone who is flexible with their availability – to be successful, you will need to be able to work morning and afternoon shifts across a 7 day rotating roster.
  • Hold a General Managers license or working toward one. 
  • Strong PMS skills are a must
