About the role

Talley's Blenheim have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our team at our Havelock site to ensure the efficient operations of the Havelock Mussel Grading factory.

This is a full-time role, Sunday – Friday, with a guarantee of 30 hours per week. 

With the right experience and qualifications, your rate will be $28.40 per hour. 

As a Shellfish Grading Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations
  • Organising people and processes to achieve high standards
  • Meeting our safety standards and production targets
  • Driving continuous improvement across Safety, Quality, People and Productivity

Qualifications

For this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven Management/leadership experience
  • Proven experience in relevant food processing operations
  • A Forklift license
  • Seafood level 4 processing (or similar)
