Job Description

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to work on a one year contract, alongside members of our legal, client-facing team in the Auckland office.

This non-legal administrative coordinator role would suit someone who has at least two years' work experience in an administrative and client facing role, and is seeking experience in an exciting, fast-paced and stimulating area of law. This support role is important to the delivery of immigration services to our clients and works under the instruction of a case team of licensed immigration advisers.

The job tasks will include liaising with corporate and individual clients to collate information and/or documents, preparing reports, preparing, completing and reviewing visa applications from an administrative perspective and assisting the case teams.

We are looking for applicants who have just graduated and have a level of corporate work experience.
