As a Case Manager, Senior Services, you will work with our superannuation clients to provide client support that will have a meaningful impact improving people's lives.
Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. On any given day you’ll interview clients, either over the phone or face to face, all with different circumstances. Every day is busy and demanding but very rewarding as you can positively influence people's lives.
If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable people, dependable to the core and have the grit and tenacity to show up and work hard even when the going is tough, this could be the right role for you.

We are looking for people with the following skills:
- Strong relationship management, an ability to influence, motivate and empower people to overcome barriers in a non-judgemental way.
- You need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy navigating through unexpected challenges and daily changes.
- Being adaptable and resilient to change are important skills to help you manage the demanding yet rewarding work we do.
- You will be a curious learner who enjoys self-sourcing information, is invested in your own development, and enjoys helping others to learn.
- You will work collaboratively, supporting and linking our clients to other services.
- You will bring a high level of personal integrity operating in a way that is fair, genuine, and sincere.
- You want to enhance the mana of the people you work with through respectful engagement that focusses on the individual and whanau needs.
- And you can help in the community when we are called to support civil defence
Position Description
Salary range: $68,660.00 - $83,003.00
