About the role

A key aspect of this position is to act as a role model to nursing and support staff as well as ongoing communication with other members of the multidisciplinary clinical team.

 

The ACNM assists the Charge Nurse Manager to provide

  • clinical leadership,
  • monitors and mitigates risk,
  • engages in quality initiatives,
  • coordinates resources to meet the identified needs of patients and team members ensuring delivery of safe patient centered/focused care.
  • Provide leadership for our dedicated Ward 4A and 4C teams as an Associate Charge Nurse Manager. Your proven success in Nursing leadership will be complemented by your knowledge of, and experience in, clinical quality, safety, and best practice.

Salary range

This role belongs to the NZNO Collective Agreement and falls between $116,040, to $127,674 p.a prorata.
