Join us as our Assistant Brand Manager and grow your Marketing career, responsible for many of our iconic Local Beer brands including New Zealand’s #1 beer brand Speight’s as well as other classic brands Lion Red and Waikato Draught.

As our Assistant Brand Manager, you will have responsibility for:

• Participating in the development and implementation of brand strategies and annual brand plans
• Supporting wider relationship to deliver commercial objectives
• Delivering differentiated and inspirational programmes to drive engagement with consumers and integrate strategy into shopper activation programs.
• Supporting the Marketing team in delivering portfolio & brand strategies and activations on time, and to a high standard.
• Developing a comprehensive knowledge of the market to provide insights and support opportunities for development of brands and business strategy.
• Working within cross functional teams, including sales, category, innovation and supply chain to achieve the agreed 1-3 year achievement goals.

To be successful om this role, you will bring:

• Solid stakeholder management skills from internal colleagues through to external partners.
• Proven communication ability, understanding the unique needs of different audiences
• Exposure to Events, Sponsorships and/or project management
• Strong learning agility combine with data and digital literacy
• Exposure to Brand Marketing and Brand Management
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic plans and think innovatively
