As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Head of Insurance & Financial Service Partnerships to join our Commercial & Strategy division.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

This key leadership role is responsible for driving revenue and value in the Insurance and Financial Services (I&FS) category. This involves managing existing product relationships, expanding partnerships, and developing new revenue streams to align with the AA’s long-term strategic goals.

The Head of Financial Services & Insurance will own the P&L for the I&FS portfolio, lead product development initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver meaningful Member propositions and solutions. Additionally, this role includes overseeing the I&FS ecosystem, ensuring Members have access to products when needed, and supporting the launch of new products and services. The position also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and strategic risks, while contributing to New Ventures activities, including the evaluation of new partnership and M&A opportunities.

About You | Mōu

You’ll have extensive experience in direct to consumer insurance & financial services, with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets and a strong understanding of product propositions and market strategies. You should have experience in product and service development, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
