We’re a small (and a little bit mighty) HR consultancy based in Manawatū. Our clients are of all sizes, industries, and locations throughout Aotearoa New Zealand. Our work is incredibly varied (like, seriously varied) and you will get to meet some incredible humans and build valued and respected client relationships.
How we work is hugely important and our values are a living and breathing part of us. ‘Bring your A game’, ‘Why not’ and ‘We’ve got you’ must resonate with how you think and operate in the HR world.
As our client base and workload grows so does our team, who are genuinely hybrid with a main office in Palmerston North. We are excited to be on the lookout for our next HR Consultant. This person will be working at an intermediate level (loosely). To ensure you are supported when dealing with those tricky HR issues that come up (you’ll know the ones!), you will be based in and around the Manawatū and work from the office at least half of your working week.
You’ll have a mix of HR and recruitment work as is the ebb and flow of consultancy. Our recruitment is done a little differently – we charge on an hourly rate basis and operate similar to internal HR. Clients decide what support they need and we make it happen.
When it comes to HR, we are true generalists – from remuneration to restructures, performance frameworks to engagement, training to disciplinaries, employment agreements and policies to intriguing payroll questions. You'll be working with a fantastic bunch of people who are very self-motivated and love what they do. We do so knowing our teammates are there to support us as and when needed (which is often).
If you deliver best practice HR, are happy with a mix of HR and recruitment, keen to develop, comfortable adapting to client needs, remain cool calm and collected, are comfortable moving from client to client on any given day, oh and have a darn good sense of humour, then a chat with Robyn is next.
