About your role
It is an exciting time to join our business as we continue along our journey of ongoing expansion, change, and transformation. We are currently searching for a dynamic Procurement Coordinator to join our broader Procurement team, based in our Newmarket, Auckland office. This role is the support function for the broader Procurement team.
Being an integral member of the Procurement team, you will work alongside our team across our global offices and be proactive and tenacious to support and assist across end-to-end procure to pay processes, contract and vendor management systems and procurement efficiency with a strong fous on the administrative function.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Procure-to-Pay process efficiency project
- Conduct and support procurement sourcing activities
- Work within a team of procurement experts to assist with providing contracting and procurement support to a range of stakeholders
- Maintain procurement data in the Contract Management Systems (CMS) and electronic documents management system
- Support the effective delivery of a broad range of procurement services in compliance with Ixom Procurement policy, guides, procedures, and processes
- Contribute to providing advice on the business on procurement processes and use of approved suppliers or panels and monitor compliance with panel rules and prepare reports and analysis of contractor performance
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing accurate and timely procurement advice that supports the achievement of organisational business and compliance requirements
- Support various business units with processing invoices (e.g., office/property leases, parking lease, electricity, IT, security, cleaning) and PO’s
Who are we looking for?
- SAP experience is an essential
- 2-3 years of Procurement administration/coordination experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline
- Can do attitude with the willingness to learn and evolve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders of all levels
- Ability to prioritise and excellent time management skills
