About the role
This Executive Assistant role will see you working in partnership with our Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CS&MO) and Chief of Healthcare Partnerships (CHP) to ensure the efficient management of key strategic business outcomes and the day to day running of the business units, through the provision of diary and email management, administrative and internal project support.
Represent the CS&MO and CHP, ensuring professionalism and independent decision-making for smooth workflow
Manage complex diaries and emails proactively.
Draft and send communications on behalf of CS&MO & CHP.
Diary management for the Chief Medical Officer.
Ensuring consistency in formatting of documents to a high standard of presentation.
Plan and manage complex travel itineraries and accommodation.
Handle meeting logistics, including agendas, papers, minutes, action points, expenses, and leave requests.
Collaborate with key individuals to prepare and distribute monthly reports.
Assisting with preparation of agendas and papers for meetings, including relevant management governance forums, ensuring these are submitted in a timely manner. Taking accurate minutes and action points.
About you:
This is a fast paced and varied role, but with your solid executive experience of providing support at a senior level, you'll take it in your stride and exceed at developing the role and making it your own.
Professional with experience (minimum 5 years) providing support at Executive level or senior administration roles in large organisations.
Superior organisational and follow-up skills
Proficient calendar management and Microsoft suite skills.
Demonstrable ability to handle confidential information with discretion and care.
Demonstrable ability to manage multiple stakeholders, with varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines, upholding the reputation of the CO and organisation at all times.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, senior executives and government representatives, coupled with the ability to exercise initiative with discretion.
Experience in healthcare, insurance, finance and sales & marketing industries desirable.
