About the role

We are looking for an Easy-Claim Relationship Manager to join our Easy-Claim Team in Hamilton.  Our Easy-Claim team is made up of six great Easy-Claim Relationship Managers who pride ourselves on giving our providers the best experience. In this role, you will:  

  • Ensure the growth and utilisation of the Easy-Claim Channel

  • Establish and maintain relationships with our Easy-Claim Providers

  • Managing an Inbound and Outbound queue (calls and emails)

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/knowledge and experience:

  • Strong customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively and able to maintain confidentiality in all dealings

  • Experience and understanding of the Contact Centre fundamentals

  • Demonstrate a mindset of agility and a flexible and adaptive working approach

  • Have aptitude with technology and the skills to embrace and utilise the right tools to enhance customer experience

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – verbal, written and presentation

  • Initiative/Teamwork - take responsibility for own actions with the ability to work cohesively with others
