Mō te tūnga  - About the role

 
The Team Administrator provides efficient and high-quality administrative support to our team. This is a busy and varied role – you’ll be the hub of the team and involved in a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

 

Some of these include:

 

  • Arranging appointments, venue booking, catering and travel arrangements
  • Managing meetings, and event bookings and event support 
  • Organising the flow of documentation and information and maintaining sound processes
  • Developing processes and practises that meet the needs of the team
  • Minute taking, stakeholder management and oversight of decisions and action points

To be successful in this role you will have:
 

  • Demonstrated experience of providing high-level administration
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work
  • The ability to engage with a range of stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner
  • Good technical understanding of IT processes and systems
  • Excellent time management 
  • Advanced level of word processing, including experience in Microsoft Outlook, Teams and proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel
