Job Description

About the role

We are on the lookout for an Inwards/Outwards Goods Store Person to provide, maintain, and develop a high level of effective stock management, logistics coordination, and provedoring support for our deep-sea vessels and onshore staff. 

As an Inwards/Outwards Goods Store Person, you will be responsible for:

• Handling and directing incoming goods, including physical lifting and operating a forklift
• Using purchase order references to accurately assign and distribute products to the appropriate vessels
• Organising and distributing business and personal items for staff members on site
• Taking ownership and initiative over the Provedoring packaging shed and inwards goods facility
• Driving the provedoring van to procure items from local stores as required

Qualifications

For this role, you’ll need:

• New Zealand Full Drivers License
• Forklift License
• To be Physically Fit and Able
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
