You will work closely with the HR team as well as other departments across the business. The hours for the role have some flexibility but attendance in the office Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm is essential, as is attendance on Wednesdays, and one other week day.

Whilst a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline may be advantageous, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role.
You thrive in providing exceptional customer service and operational excellence while managing and responding to queries, triaging and escalating as appropriate. At the same time, you don’t mind completing a range of day-to-day transactional tasks required to be part of a team in a high-performance culture. You will be tech savvy with previous experience using PowerPoint and other MS Office Suite.
Top-notch organisational skills and being intellectually curious are a must, as are an ability to anticipate and manage competing priorities. You'll have a positive 'can-do' attitude and thrive in an environment where the expectations are high. You will have exceptional communication skills and can show initiative, resilience and patience and will be able to deal effectively and professionally with wide-ranging individuals and tasks.
