Job Description
- Support our Auckland and Christchurch bases as the first point of contact for Cabin Crew
- Together we’ll focus on accuracy and efficiency to ensure our operations run smoothly
- Permanent part-time position based at Auckland Airport, working 30 hours a week
As a proactive and efficient Port Coordinator you will support our Cabin Crew and Cabin Crew Development Managers across our Auckland and Christchurch bases. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Cabin Crew, providing administrative and employment-related support, ensuring operations run smoothly at our ports, and handle queries in a timely and professional manner. Reporting to the Regional Manager Cabin Crew, you will focus on resolving issues, providing advice, and assisting with a range of administrative tasks to maintain effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve Cabin Crew queries in a timely and effective manner and escalate where necessary
- Provide advice on payroll-related issues and act as the first point of contact for payroll queries
- Verify expense claims and invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Provide general administrative support, including uniforms, car park passes, and office supplies
- Assist with onboarding and recruitment processes for new Cabin Crew
- Collaborate with Head Office to address Cabin Crew-related issues and contribute to departmental objectives
You’ll have:
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office suite programs
- Strong administration skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Exposure or understanding of payroll processes (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Ability to manage and resolve employee-related queries
