We invite you to take part in an exciting new chapter as a Lead Engineer or Scientist at our Regional Office in Dunedin. This unique opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand while making a positive impact within the Dunedin community. We are looking a dynamic person with local experience and networks in the technical areas of Water, Transport, Geotech, Environment, Structures or general civil infrastructure.

This role supports all elements of the project lifecycle, providing a platform for professional and personal growth.

The role:

• Oversee and contribute to infrastructure delivery projects, including site investigations, landfills, highways renewals, improvements, and 3 waters capital projects.
• As a senior part of the Dunedin office, lead and contribute to office culture, influencing and supporting the team in achieving client objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and driving successful project and commercial outcomes.
• Actively contribute to creating and nurturing our brand presence in the local community.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Engineering or Science (preferred).
• 5 to 15+ years of relevant experience with a focus on infrastructure delivery.
• Proven track record in managing projects effectively and achieving commercial success.
• Strong understanding of client commitment and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
