We are after a forward thinker and someone to technically test our thinking for how things get done in our Digital Operations Team. What you’ll be doing | Te whakamahere You will be working in among a nimble and extremely talented team of engineers - we like to be leading/bleeding edge with our digital technology, so you will be current with your skills and your thinking. We have operations in every time zone around the world so you won’t be bored. We are looking for someone with awesome Microsoft Enterprise cloud skills - Azure, Intune, Windows builds, provisioning and optimisation of cloud resources. A solid networking and security background would be great too! Along with this you will: Manage the cloud infrastructure environment using cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automations. Contribute to architecture standards and guidelines, ensuring best practices are included in cloud future state architectures and roadmaps.Support Azure environments to ensure uptime, performance, and SLAs.Identify and resolve any incidents that arise in NZTE’s cloud infrastructure environment and support incidents and requests relating to computer, security, network, storage, and automation. Drive best-practice and stay abreast of new and emerging technologies and trends. For this role there is an element of after-hours support on a rostered, on-call basis What you’ll need to be successful | Ō Pūkenga If you’re known to be a real do'er, have a great attitude and like thinking outside the square, we would love to hear from you!
