Job Description

About the Role:
As we begin our journey on a Digital Business Transformation, we are looking for a Business Analyst, who will have an opportunity to shape how business problems are solved for the long term, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver impactful solutions that align with our organizational goals. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, gathering requirements, analysing problems, and ensuring our projects drive tangible improvements. Your natural problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically will be essential in crafting solutions that positively impact the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, review, collaborate, analyse, and evaluate problems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs, co-discover ‘problem to solve’ and provide clarity on why its worth solving. 
• Formulate clear and actionable problem statements and document business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to users, ensuring enhancements are effectively implemented.
• Lead validating user acceptance testing aligns with business needs and project goals.
• Identify risks and communicate potential challenges to stakeholders.
• Work closely with teams to maintain high-quality documentation and user manuals.
• Assist in providing user training to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (essential).
• Proven experience in business analysis, working closely with business stakeholders.
• Experience preferred with ERP systems (JDE or similar) and Salesforce.
• Would be advantageous if you have a background in data-related projects, data modelling, and creating data flow diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence; experience with Miro would be an advantage.
• Natural problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Experience with testing, verification, and validation techniques.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile, Scrum methodology.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, identify assumptions and experience in building shared understanding.

• Can seamlessly zoom in and out of projects, seeing both the big picture and the finer details.
• Is comfortable working in the grey areas and does not need definitive answers to move forward.

• Is comfortable facilitating workshops with business stake holders and technical stakeholders alike.

• Demonstrates a curious mindset and always seeks opportunities to improve and optimize.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with all levels of the business.
• Has a natural ability to solve problems with a clear, strategic approach.
