We're seeking a dedicated professional to support our internal Global Mobility team in managing PwC's international candidates and assignments. You'll play a crucial role in addressing skill gaps, attracting global talent, and consulting on tax, immigration, and mobility. Ngā Kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role

  • Collaborate with the Talent team and wider firm members to evolve and implement the New Zealand Global Mobility strategy as a key component of the Talent strategy.

  • Manage the full assignment lifecycle for international assignments.

  • Engage with PwC experts to ensure compliance in tax, immigration, and mobility processes.

  • Assist in reviewing and improving processes for operational excellence in global mobility.

  • Liaise with international hires to facilitate their relocation to New Zealand.

  • Collaborate with Global Mobility Consultants around the world.

  • Support global mobility initiatives and promote opportunities in New Zealand.

  • Manage relationships with third-party relocation service providers.

  • Oversee data quality, handle expense claims, and facilitate visa compliance with our third party supplier.

  • Facilitate sessions with our third party immigration specialists.

  • Maintain and manage Global Mobility sourcing channels.

  • Previous recruitment/HR or similar project coordination experience within a professional services firm.

  • Experience in leveraging off data and reporting to help the business make informed decisions.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with impact and influence

  • Be a team player who thinks and acts in alignment with our values and can deal with highly confidential material. 

  • Flexibility to work and connect with counterparts and candidates in various time zones

  • Be able to navigate an increasingly complex global environment for the firm by providing innovative solutions

  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage processes with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with impact and influence
