Te tūranga – The role and your impact

​​The Team Leader End User Services leads the End User Services Engineering practice, the Service Desk team and the Application Specialist practice who are collectively responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of modern workplace for the Bank  

i.e. The Microsoft 365 platform, Sharepoint Online, Meeting Room Technology, Teams telephony, Atlassian suite (JSM, Jira and confluence), all User devices i.e. laptops, iPads etc, and Vendor management. Fourteen People in all.  

As Team Lead – End User Services you will:

  • Play a crucial role in the Digital Transformation at the Central Bank 

  • End User Services Engineering practice, the Service Desk team and the Application Specialist practice 5 weeks annual leave 

  • Technologies - The Microsoft 365 platform, SharePoint Online, Meeting Room Technology, Teams telephony, Atlassian suite (JSM, Jira and confluence), all User devices i.e. laptops, iPads etc, and Vendor management. Fourteen People in all. 

  • Skip level Management position 

Ō pūkenga – About you   

To be successful you will ideally have:

  • 8 years in technical leadership role in delivering modern workplace and Service Desk functions – this is not a role for first time Leaders. 

  • Strong academic qualifications in technology i.e. a Computer Science or Engineering Degree 

  • 15 years’ experience delivering Microsoft technologies  

  • Experience across a number of the following:

  • The Microsoft 365 platform 

  • SharePoint Online 

  • Teams telephony 

  • Atlassian suite (JSM, Jira and confluence) 

  • Managing over User devices for 500+ User  

  • Meeting room Technology 

  • Strong influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Proven experience in leading, building, developing and enabling high performing, collaborative, inclusive and diverse teams and fostering a strong organisational culture. 

The anticipated appointment range for this role is $179 547.84 to $ 194 510.16 (actual salary will be dependent on your skills and experience).
