Join us a Leading Hand - Sealing Crew in Palmerston North

You will be the primary spray operator for the new FibreDec Multisprayer and will be responsible for implementing and initiating work activities within a team which is overseen by a Foreman/Supervisor. You will act as escalation point for less experienced staff and operate other sprayed seals machinery as needed.

In addition to the above you will:

• Assists Foreman/supports Supervisor with daily workflow requirements
• Ensure the FibreDec sprayer is always in excellent condition and check other machinery and equipment is in good working order.
• Assists with training less skilled staff on the correct operation of machinery and equipment.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Class 1,2, 4 license and WTR endorsements
• 4-5 years’ experience in the surfacing/construction industry/STMS.
• In-depth knowledge and sprayed sealing experience including binders and emulsions 
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
