Our current coordinator is stepping up making space for you to be front and centre for students and our EY early careers team in this fun and dynamic role. 

 

This is much more than your standard recruitment coordinator role and you’ll enjoy the opportunity to get involved in everything from event planning and management, to recruitment, student engagement, facilitation and projects spanning across Australia and New Zealand.

 

Interested so far? A couple of key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting, planning and management for recruitment events including sending promotional material, managing student registrations, coordinating logistics for virtual and face to face events, catering, calendar invitations, staff event briefings, event set-up and schedules and even some facilitation. 
  • Attending recruitment events on university campus, EY premises as well as virtually
  • Supporting the screening and management of applications, ensuring high levels of candidate care during the selection stages of recruitment
  • Helping organise and run recruitment days, including calling candidates, sending confirmations, preparing materials and providing on the day support
  • Contract preparation and administration 
  • Assisting with the on-boarding process of casuals, interns and graduates
  • Coordinating logistics and communications for our Early Identification Programs

  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team, be adaptable and skilled at managing multiple priorities 
  • A passion for early careers recruitment and engaging with students
  • Comfortable flexing hours in busy periods (don’t worry, we’ll always support you to get this time back in quieter periods) and be available for occasional evening events
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast pace, complex environment
