What you will do 
This role is to ensure that our customers can improve their business via the Scania service offerings.
This will be achieved in part by:

  • Management of the Service Portfolio
  • Defining, developing, implementing and follow up of the services sales strategy
  • Managing and leading the services sales functions to optimize delivery and support the business unit and retail
  • Working closely with the retail, sales and service teams
  • Management of remote teams

 

Who you are

  • We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Manager with strong operational experience to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and Scania.  
  • Your ability to forge strong working relationships both internally and externally, coupled with your drive to achieve will ensure your success in this role. Extensive sales and operational management experience ideally gained within heavy truck, OEM or Capital Equipment Industry will be highly regarded. You will have strong planning & analysis skills with a high degree of business acumen
