Operations Manager (NZ)

Our Palmy client is looking for an Operations Manager to join their management team by leading all things operations, in this varied and exciting role.

As a new role, you’ll have the opportunity to make it your own.  You will oversee operations, facilities, fleet, special projects and Health and Safety, all of the good stuff. As a senior leader, you’ll be responsible for financial performance and growth, strategic planning and risk management. Using your experience and business acumen, you’ll bring an expertise and zest across all these areas, while ensuring our high standards of service are maintained.

You’ll have previous experience in commercial property management, which could include facilities or a body corporate. You’ll be working on high value projects, so you’ll know what you’re doing. You have the innate ability to empower others, and you lead from the front. Your communication style is clear and concise, and your interpersonal skills mean you build rapport easily, with employees, customers and stakeholders alike.

This role is full-time and there may be travel around NZ where appropriate.
