Campus Life, Accommodation is looking for 14x Summer Assistants | Kaiāwhina Raumati to join the team from November 2024 to February 2025.
Summer Assistant | Kaiāwhina Raumati is a live-in, fixed-term, part-time role which will see successful candidates working with our Accommodation management teams to provide excellent support and services to our summer guests and summer residents. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining some customer service experience, working in the evening, and still having the flexibility to enjoy other summer pursuits, such as summer school, internships, or research projects.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sound judgement
This is a live-in position, paying 15-hours a week at $26.25 an hour. You may be required to be on-call overnight for summer residences and conference guests. Successful candidates will need to commit to the position for the entire duration of the contract. Candidates will need to be available for work in the evening after 5pm, weekdays and on weekends.
