Administration Officer - Auckland South Region
• Location: Pukekohe Service Centre
• Salary range: BO3 $60,707.00 - $72,990.00
We have an opportunity for a dedicated and organized individual for an administration role based in our Pukekohe Service Centre.

What you'll be doing | He aha tāu e mahi ana
This busy and varied role will see you managing the oversite of the booking and use of our meeting rooms, maintaining office and stationery supplies, arranging equipment servicing and building repairs, taking responsibility for meeting bookings and minutes taking.
You will also be responsible for other administration duties required to ensure the smooth running of the centre, including working with Security to ensure that all visitors and contractors to the sites are inducted correctly, maintaining health and Safety standards is a big focus of the role.
This will include fleet management (car repairs and WOF) and pick up of catering and transportation.

You are a positive and organised team player who’s also proactive and flexible to cope with regular interruptions and juggle and reassess priorities while maintaining a smile and a sense humour! You’re also self-managing, easy-going and remain calm under pressure. No task is too big or too small for you, you take everything in your stride and get things done effectively and efficiently.
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficient in quickly and accurately learning new computer software.
• Excellent attention to detail and experience supporting a team in an administrative capacity
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing
• Restricted NZ Driver Licence and ability to drive Ministry vehicles as required
Position Description
Salary range: $60,707.00 - $72,990.00
Salary is aligned to your skills, knowledge and relevant work experience.
