What we’re looking for
The Senior Project Manager leads dynamic cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer and business focused solutions. They are responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation to completion and ensure that all projects meet the highest quality standards, stay within scope and budget, and are completed on time.
What does the job involve?
· Lead and manage business change and transformation initiatives.
· Collaborate with teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment to project outcomes.
· Manage project risks and constraints, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
· Utilize project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and project delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope and budget, and are completed on time.
What you’ll bring:
· 5+ years’ experience managing business transformation projects.
· Project Management qualification(s).
· Demonstrated understanding and application of business change management requirements.
· Excellent stakeholder management skills building meaningful and collaborative
relationships across all levels of the business.
· Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills.
· Great verbal and written communication.
· Excellent organizational skills, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
· A team player, committed to continuous improvement, diversly collaborative.
