About This Role

                                                                                                         

The Simulator Technician will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on training devices under support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step on their journey of working with market-leading technology.

This role will be located in Whenuapai, New Zealand.

The role we are offering you:

  • Ensure effective maintenance outcomes are achieved
  • Be available for site related operational, technical and maintenance enquiries
  • Supporting the senior simulator technician in fostering development and competency of the workforce
  • Implementing effective WH&S practices

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Cert IV in Aeroskills Avionics or similar trade skill such as electronics technician, IT professional or Service Technician
  • Sound experience in simulation support
  • Senior First Aid & CPR

As the New Zealand Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible to obtain New Zealand Defence Security Clearance.
