Who you are

To be successful as a Contracts & Warranty Specialist within our organisation, we believe that you will have;

  • A relevant trade or qualification within the automotive or transport related industry
  • Background in contracts and warranty management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Experience
  • Ability to analyse information and provide solutions to internal and external customers

 

What you will do

This role focuses on supporting Warranty and Contracts cases to align with our business financial goals and uphold our Customer First Value. This includes ensuring compliance within the network and providing support to distributors to effectively follow Scania warranty protocols. Your knowledge will play an important role in enhancing operational efficiency and collaboration.

You will be responsible for;

  • Providing Warranty/Contracts support and technical expertise
  • Controlling Warranty/Contracts costs
  • Work closely with dealers, workshops and sales teams
  • Create and present reports showing results of Warranty/Contracts trends
  • Manage technical campaigns
