Join our dynamic team as a Foreman to lead our Asphalt team in Tauranga. We’re looking for dedicated individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. If you thrive in a hands-on-environment and have a passion for road construction, we want to hear from you!
This role will have you leading operational crew to deliver work on time, on budget and safely. In this role you will be coordinating plant, labour, subcontractors and suppliers. Your talents will provide the team with an environment that puts safety and quality first.

We’re looking for someone with:
Minimum 5 years construction experience.
Current class 1 licence.
Up to class 5 licence recommended and WTR endorsement (we can help you get this if you don’t already have it).
Relevant experience of industry principals and practical application.
Be able to interpret and deliver against plans.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead a team.
