We are currently seeking a Site Coordinator for Auckland Prison based at Paremoremo. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, providing a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and company requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for all site-related matters, playing a pivotal role in the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the site.
About the Role:
Serve as the primary front-of-house contact.
Organise meeting room setups and coordinate site catering orders.
Manage the Visitor Registration System to ensure compliance and security.
Process staff timesheets for payroll.
Manage office consumables and provide essential administrative support.
Ensure compliance with various regulatory and company requirements.
Maintain detailed records.
Monitor and manage the compliance inbox.
Assist the Contract Coordinator with audit requirements and regulatory compliance.
About You:
Minimum of two years’ experience in facilities or property administration or customer service, preferably in Outsourced Facilities Management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and JDE software.
Strong commitment to safety and ethical conduct.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Effective planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Resilience to work in a prison environment.
