Were seeking an experienced TMP Designer to join our Traffic Department based in Auckland.

Reporting to TTM Technical Service Manager, you will join a team of experienced TMP Designers and TTM Specialists to provide safe, thought out TTM plans to ensure safety of employees and public.

In addition to the above you will:

• The design of all TMPS for single and multiple activities as prioritised
• Developing TMPs in accordance with CoPTTM and any approved variations/engineering exceptions decisions
• Producing traffic management plans using rapid TCP software
• Manage the complete process from request to approval; this includes the design of all TMPs for single and multiple activities
• Ensure TMP’s are drawn in accordance of the principles of the COPTTM // NZGTTM.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Current Class 1 Driver’s License
• Hold an Civil Engineering Degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a TMP is preferred
• Relevant (TTM) experience (Class A/B/C NP or STMS 2/3 NP) is advantageous
• Proficient in Rapid TCP software
• Ideally be a qualified Temporary Barrier Designer and Inspector
