About the role
12-month Fixed-Term opportunity! Come and join a team of fun and innovative change specialists! Our Change Managers prepare, equip and support Southern Cross for change to ensure optimal realisation of benefits and customer value.
This role is responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies, aligned to our agile principles that enable high cadence change to be deployed while also supporting high levels of employee engagement.
As a trusted adviser, you will provide change expertise to the value stream leadership, coaching them in strategies that will help them understand change accountabilities. You will provide direct support and coaching to people leaders as they help their teams transition through the change curve.
About you:
Demonstrated experience developing and executing change management strategies to enable the realisation of customer value and benefits
Agile and empowering leadership philosophy and approach evidenced by feedback and the results achieved by the teams you have coached and enabled
Demonstrated mindset of agility, and a flexible and adaptive working approach
Passionate about supporting and enabling people through change
Ideally, experience in delivering change around customer value propositions, enabling improved customer outcomes and experiences
