Your Impact:

Reporting to our Head of Group Business Operations and based in our Auckland CBD office, you will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of projects from a supply chain and operations perspective. Projects will include new product creation, new product development, supply chain development and optimisation as well and wider a2MC business projects. You will be managing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. 

 

More specifically, you will be involved in:     

  • Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines and resource requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional team to ensure successful outcomes of projects.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders and third-party manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with the NPD team, marketing, production, manufacturing and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of project activities.

 

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a FMCG, dairy or related industry. 
  • Supply Chain experience is essential to be considered for this role.
  • Proven project management experience, including planning, scheduling and resource management in new product development.
  • Exceptional Organisational and leadership skills. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management).
