About the role:
As our Quality Engineering Product Lead, you’ll ensure we’re maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout all stages of product development. Reporting to our Head of SAP Centre of Excellence, your focus will be to drive and implement comprehensive testing frameworks. Continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do, and right now we’re thinking about how we can reduce manual testing efforts through automation!
In addition to leading our engineering product, you’ll lead a team of 2 direct, and up to 10 indirect reports. Coaching and inspiring your team to excellence will come second nature to you, and you won’t be one to shy away from courageous conversations as needed.
Your role will also include:
- Assisting with the ongoing development and strategy for testing automation
- Establishing and enforcing best practices for quality assurance, performance testing and automated testing
- Collaborating closely with cross functional teams to ensure quality is built into every aspect of the product development life cycle
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation across your team
About you:
You’ll be an experienced leader with significant Quality Engineering experience from a large and complex digital environment. Ideally, you’ll also bring:
- Extensive experience in leading, coaching, and inspiring high performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage outcomes and deliver to roadmaps and timelines
- Subject Matter Expertise in automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
- Strong understanding of quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) and experience with standards enforcement.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills – with the ability to communicate to diverse audiences across the cooperative
